燒酒蝦 Drunken Prawn
材料Ingredients:
蝦 1 斤 20oz prawn
米酒1.5杯 1.5 cup rice wine
蔥 2 支 2 green onion
薑片 少許 ginger slice a little
鹽 1/2 匙 1/2 tsp salt
做法 Method:
1. 蝦洗淨, 放入鍋中,再加入米酒1.5杯, 薑片,加蓋蒸煮3分鐘.
Clean prawns then put into wok, add 1.5 cups rice wine and ginger cook with cover for 3 mins.
2. 加入鹽及蔥, 再蒸煮5分鐘即可.
Add salt and green onions continue cooking for 5 mins.
